摘要
斜流泵具有流量大、效率高、抗气蚀能力强等优点。基于此,文中对一设计流量为1500 m^(3)/h,设计转速为980 r/min的大流量应急水泵车用斜流泵进行研究。基于NUMECA软件采用Spalart-Allmaras湍流模型对该水泵进行数值模拟,并将设计工况下的计算结果与试验结果进行对比,以验证文中的准确性。同时也得到了设计工况下不同流量的静压分布和流线分布,以及3种不同转速工况下的外特性曲线对比和不同位置叶片压力分布曲线。研究表明:随着转速增加,各转速下的流量计算范围也随之增加,110%设计转速下流量计算范围最大,且水泵的高效率流量区域也变大了,整体特性曲线向左移动。叶轮的最高效率小幅增加。因此,做功能力变化并不明显。文中研究为斜流泵在运行工况变化的情况下运行提供参考依据。
The diagonal flow pump has the advantages of high flow rate,high efficiency and strong resistance to cavitation.Based on this,a high-flow emergency water pump truck with a design flow rate of 1 500 m~3/h and a design speed of 980 r/min is studied with an oblique flow pump.Based on NUMECA software,Spalart-Allmaras turbulence model is used to numerically simulate this pump,and the calculation results under design conditions are compared with the test results to verify the accuracy of this paper.The static pressure distribution and streamline distribution of different flow rates under the design condition were also obtained,as well as the comparison of the external characteristic curves and the pressure distribution curves of the blades at different positions under three different speed conditions.The study shows that as the speed increases,the calculated range of flow rate at each speed increases,and the calculated range of flow rate at 110% design speed is the largest one,and the high efficiency flow area of the pump also becomes larger,and the overall characteristic curve shifts to the left.The maximum efficiency of the impeller increases slightly,therefore,the change of work capacity is not obvious.The research in this paper provides a reference basis for the operation of the inclined flow pump in the case of changing operating conditions.
