摘要
针对磨煤辊套基体的结构特点、化学成分以及客户的使用要求,该文制定了一套科学、合理的铸造工艺。通过借助铸造模拟软件,对设计的铸造工艺进行了全面的优化分析,以验证其生产过程中的可行性。为确保生产过程顺利进行,还提前预测并制定了应对措施,解决了铸件生产过程中可能出现的一系列质量问题,确保铸件的各项性能完全满足客户的标准要求。此次磨煤辊套的成功生产为企业后续生产该类产品奠定了基础。
According to the structural characteristics,chemical composition and customer requirements of the coal mill roller sleeve substrate,a set of scientific and reasonable casting process is developed.With the help of casting simulation software,a comprehensive optimization analysis of the designed casting process is conducted to verify the feasibility in the production process.In order to ensure the smooth production process,countermeasures are predicted and formulated in advance so as to solve a series of quality problems that may occur in the production process of the casting,and to ensure that the casting performance fully meet the standard requirements of customers.The successful production of the coal grinding roller sleeve has laid the foundation stone for the follow-up production of such products.
