摘要
高校研究生招生工作是选拔高层次人才的重要途径,对高等教育体系至关重要。信息技术的应用在招生工作中展现出了独特价值,成为提升效率和质量的关键。中医院校信息化水平参差不齐,部分中医院校因基础设施和技术支持不足面临信息化建设挑战。文章系统阐述前期北京中医药大学在招生信息化管理方面的探索与实践。学校构建了符合实际的招生信息化管理模式,形成了包括安全模块、基础服务模块、数据驱动模块和多级授权模块等在内的多模块信息化管理模式,实现了招生流程的全覆盖和个性化服务。然而现有中医院校研究生招生信息化管理模式仍面临信息安全风险、技术设备和人员素质困境、数据标准化和共享难以实现等问题,未来需利用人工智能和大数据技术进一步完善,提高招生工作的效率和公正性,以适应时代发展需求。
The graduate admission process in higher education institutions is a crucial pathway for selecting high-level talents,which is essential to the higher education system.The application of information technology has demonstrated unique value in the recruitment process,emerging as a new trend to enhance efficiency and quality.However,the level of informatization in university of Chinese medicine varies significantly,with some facing challenges due to inadequate infrastructure and technical support.This paper systematically elaborated on the exploration and practice of our institution in the informatization management of admissions,constructing a practical admissions informatization management model.This model included multiple modules such as security modules,basic service modules,data-driven modules,and multi-level authorization modules,achieving full coverage of the admissions process and personalized services.Nevertheless,the existing informatization management models for graduate admissions in university of Chinese medicine still encounter issues such as information security risks,technical equipment and personnel quality dilemmas,and difficulties in data standardization and sharing.In the future,graduate admissions informatization management models in university of Chinese medicine need to further leverage artificial intelligence and big data technologies to refine and enhance the efficiency and fairness of the admissions process,so as to adapt to the demands of the era.
