中药水蛭抗血栓活性成分、活性及作用机制研究进展

摘要 目的:本文综述了中药水蛭抗血栓的研究进展,总结分析中药水蛭的研究现状、研究热点和潜在功能方向,以期为临床用药和相关制剂研发提供参考和借鉴。方法:检索中国知网、万方、Web of Science、PubMed、ScienceDirect、Wiley Online Library、National Library of Medicine、ACS Publications和SpringerLink等核心合集数据库中有关中药水蛭研究的文献,进行总结分析。结果:各国学者对水蛭展开了深入研究,发现其活性成分水蛭素和水蛭肽等具有良好的抗凝抗栓作用,以此为基础,发现了多种新的成分。结论:水蛭素和水蛭肽等蛋白质多肽类活性成分是水蛭抗凝抗血栓的研究热点,对人工合成的重组水蛭素的药理作用及机制也逐渐清晰,多种以水蛭活性成分为基础的相关研究对治疗血栓有广阔前景。 Objective: This paper reviews the research progress of anti-thrombosis of Chinese medicine Shuizhi, summarizes and analyzes the research status, research hotspots and potential directions of Chinese medicine Shuizhi, in order to provide reference for clinical medication and related preparation research and development. Methods: Literatures on leech research in traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from the core collection databases such as CNKI, Wanfang, Web of Science,PubMed, ScienceDirect, Wiley Online Library, National Library of Medicine, ACS Publications and SpringerLink for summary and analysis. Results: Scholars from various countries had carried out in-depth research on Shuizhi, and found that its active ingredients, such as hirudin and hirudin peptide, have good anticoagulant and antithrombotic effects. Based on this, a variety of new components had been found. Conclusion: The active components of protein polypeptides such as hirudin and hirudin peptides are the research hotspots of leech anticoagulant and antithrombotic. The pharmacological effects and mechanisms of synthetic recombinant hirudin are gradually clear. A variety of related studies based on the active components of Shuizhi have broad prospects for the treatment of thrombosis.
