摘要
针对目前轻轨电车因频繁开关导致的自动门控制效果不佳的问题,文章提出了一种基于PLC技术的轻轨电车自动门智能控制方法。首先,通过采集车辆运行数据,包括车速、位置等关键信息,为自动门的智能控制提供数据支持;然后,基于PLC技术优化自动门开关速度,保证门的启闭状态与车辆的运行状态相匹配;此外,还集成了防挤压控制功能,通过实时监测门与障碍物之间的距离防止因门的快速关闭而导致的挤压事故;最后,配置紧急停止功能以应对突发情况,确保在紧急情况下能够迅速停止门的运动,保障乘客的安全。实验结果表明,采用该研究所提出的基于PLC的智能控制方法,轻轨电车自动门的开闭速度优于文献[1]、[2]的方法,降低了挤压事故的风险。该研究成功开发了高效、安全的轻轨电车自动门智能控制系统,实现了对自动门开关速度的精确控制和安全保护,提升了轻轨电车的运行效率和乘客安全性。
Aiming at the problem of ineffective automatic door control performance caused by frequent opening and closing of light rail trams,the paper proposes an intelligent control method for light rail trams'automatic doors based on PLC technology.The study first collects vehicle operation data,including key information such as vehicle speed and position,to provide data support for intelligent control of automatic doors.Then,based on PLC technology,optimize the speed of automatic door opening and closing to ensure that the opening and closing status of the door matches the operating status of the vehicle.In addition,it also integrates anti extrusion control function,which monitors the distance between the door and obstacles in real time to prevent extrusion accidents caused by the rapid closure of the door.Finally,configure the emergency stop function to respond to unexpected situations and ensure that the door movement can be quickly stopped in emergency situations,ensuring the safety of passengers.The experimental results show that using the PLC based intelligent control method proposed in the study,the opening and closing speed of the automatic doors of light rail trams is better than the methods in references[1]and[2],reducing the risk of crushing accidents.Prove that the study has successfully developed an efficient and safe intelligent control system for the automatic doors of light rail trams,achieving precise control and safety protection of the automatic door opening and closing speed,and improving the operational efficiency and passenger safety of light rail trams.
