摘要
为保证上海北横通道新建工程Ⅰ标江苏路二级匝道盾构隧道中间穿越安全施工,基于Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则,建立既有管线-新建隧道-既有隧道三维复合数值模型,对隧道中间穿越过程中既有管线和隧道随关键施工参数如盾构推进力、注浆量及注浆压力等的变形响应展开研究。同时,通过与现场盾构推进过程中既有管线及隧道的变形监测数据进行对比,验证所提数值分析结果的合理性。最后根据分析结果、实测数据及现场实际施工参数控制措施等,总结了盾构中间穿越的经验,对类似工程提供参考意见。
Based on Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion,a 3D combined numerical model of existing pipeline-new tunnel-existing tunnel is established to ensure safe construction of shield tunnel of Jiangsu Road secondary ramp in middle of⌀2400 mm rainwater main pipe and tunnel of Metro Line 11 in Shanghai Beiheng Passage New Project.The deformation response of existing pipelines and tunnels with key construction parameters such as shield driving force,grouting volume and grouting pressure in process of tunnel crossing is studied.At the same time,the rationality of numerical analysis results is verified by comparing with deformation monitoring data of existing pipeline and tunnel in process of shield tunneling.Finally,according to analysis results,measured data and actual construction parameters control measures,experience of shield intermediate crossing is summarized,which can provide reference for similar projects.
