摘要
中医药研究生的科研能力系统性培养是其整个培养过程中最重要的组成部分。文章以研究生培养实际为例,从时间管理(以总体实验进展情况展开为例),课题调整(以课题遇到瓶颈为例),满足工作与考博需求以及关心工作、生活等四方面入手,详细阐述研究生培养的模式及重点注意事项。希望为中医药研究生的培养,尤其是其科研能力的培养提供可靠的实例和模式。
The systematic training of scientific research ability of Chinese medicine postgraduate students is the most important part of the whole cultivation.Taking the actual training of postgraduate students as an example,this paper elaborates on the mode of post⁃graduate students’training and key points for attention from four aspects:time management based on the overall experimental prog⁃ress,subject adjustment based on the bottleneck of the subject,meeting the needs of the work and doctoral candidates,and concern about work and life.It provides a reliable example and model for the cultivation of postgraduate students,especially the cultivation of scientific research ability.
