摘要
目的探讨耳穴压豆结合穴位按摩治疗心肾不交型不寐的临床效果。方法选择心肾不交型不寐患者94例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。两组均采用一般护理,观察组增用耳穴压豆结合穴位按摩治疗。1个疗程后,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评估两组患者的睡眠质量,并比较临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组患者的PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%(45/47),高于对照组的80.85%(38/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆结合穴位按摩治疗心肾不交型不寐患者,临床效果显著,可有效改善其睡眠质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of auricular point pressing bean combined with acupoint message in the treatment of in⁃somnia of disharmony between the heart and the kidney type.Methods A total of 94 patients with insomnia with disharmony between the heart and the kidney type were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were treated with a general care approach,in which the observation group was treated with aauricular point pressing bean combined with acupoint massage.The quality of sleep was assessed by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scale,and the efficacy was compared after one course of treatment.Results After treatment,the PSQI scores of both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total ef⁃fective rate in the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),which was higher than that in the control group(80.85%,38/47),and the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular point pressing bean combined with acupoint massage has a signifi⁃cant effect in the treatment of insomnia with disharmony between the heart and the kidney type,can effectively improve the quality of sleep,and is wroth popularizing.
