摘要
目的:分析脑卒中偏瘫患者病耻感与希望水平及生活质量的相关性。方法:采用前瞻性研究,选取2021年10月—2023年2月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的88例脑卒中偏瘫患者作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、慢性疾病病耻感量表(SSCI)、Herth希望量表(HHI)及生命质量评定量表(SS-QOL)对纳入研究的患者进行评估,由研究人员询问患者基线资料,并记录研究所需资料,分析脑卒中偏瘫患者病耻感与希望水平及生活质量的相关性。结果:共发放问卷88份,回收有效问卷86份,回收问卷有效率为97.73%。86例脑卒中偏瘫患者病耻感得分为68~95分,平均得分(80.40±7.33)分;希望水平得分为20~37分,平均得分(29.98±3.34)分;生活质量得分为98~195分,平均得分(145.50±30.50)分。脑卒中偏瘫患者病耻感与希望水平及生活质量均呈负相关(r=-0.973、-0.985,P<0.001)。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者病耻感普遍较高,并与其希望水平、生活质量呈负相关,即患者病耻感越高,其希望水平、生活质量越低。
Objective:To analyze the relationship between shame,hope level,and quality of life.Methods:A prospective study was conducted,and 88 stroke hemiplegic patients admited to the hospital from October 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were evaluated with general situation questionnaire,chronic disease shame scale(SSCI),Herth hope scale,and quality of life assessment scale(SS-QOL).The researchers asked for baseline data and recorded the required data for the study.Correlation between shame,hope level,and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia was done.Results:A total of 88 questionnaires were sent out in this study,and 86 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective rate of 97.73%.86 stroke patients with hemiplegia had a shame score range of 68~95 points,with an average score of(80.40±7.33)points.The expected level score range is 20~37 points,with an average score of(29.98±3.34)points.The quality of life score ranges from 98~195 points,with an average score of(145.50±30.50)points.The results showed that there was negative correlation between shame and hope level in stroke patients with hemiplegia(r=-0.973,-0.985;P<0.001).Conclusion:Patients with hemiplegia after stroke generally have a higher sense of shame,which is negatively correlated with their level of hope and quality of life.The higher the sense of shame is,the lower their level of hope and quality of life are.
