摘要
目的探究早期康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的效果。方法回顾性选取2022年10月—2023年10月南京市六合区中医院收治的86例行穴位贴敷治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者的临床资料,根据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组则采取早期康复护理。经过14 d干预,比较两组的心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组焦虑和抑郁量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为100.00%(43/43),高于对照组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.753,P=0.009)。结论对于行穴位贴敷治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者而言,进行早期康复护理可帮助患者消除负面情绪、维持心理健康,有助于生活质量以及整体满意度的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods The clinical data of 86 stroke patients with hemiplegia treated by acupoint application from October 2022 to October 2023 in Nanjing Liuhe District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were retrospectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received early rehabilitation nursing.After 14 days of intervention,the psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression scales in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 100.00%(43/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.753,P=0.009).Conclusion For stroke patients with hemiplegia treated by acupoint application,early rehabilitation nursing can help patients eliminate negative emotions,maintain mental health,and help improve the quality of life and overall satisfaction.
