摘要
本文在系统梳理中医学课程所蕴含的传统医学人文思想和思政元素的基础上,深刻总结出“一个核心理念、四种融入形式、五个实施环节”的课程思政育人经验,在实施课程思政时,训练和优化一支能思政、会思政的中医学专业教师团队。初步构建出具有北京协和医院特色的中医学课程思政育人模式,为西医院校塑造培养兼具中医专业素养和传统医学人文思想的临床医学专业学生提供经验借鉴。
On the basis of systematically sorting out traditional medical humanistic ideas and ideological and political elements contained in traditional Chinese medicine curriculum,this article deeply summarizes the experience of ideological and political education in curriculum of“one core concept,four integration forms,and five implementation stages”.While implementing ideological and political education in curriculum,train and optimize a team of traditional Chinese medicine professional teachers who are capable and proficient in ideological and political education.Preliminary construction of an ideological and political education model for traditional Chinese medicine curriculum with the characteristics of Peking Union Medical College,providing experience and reference for western medicine colleges to shape and cultivate clinical medicine professional students who possess both traditional Chinese medicine professional literacy and traditional medical humanistic thinking.
