不同方法制备二氧化硅气凝胶及其热稳定性能

Preparation of silica aerogel by different methods and its thermal stability

摘要 为探究二氧化硅气凝胶的制备工艺及热稳定性能,在常温常压条件下,采用3种不同方法制备了二氧化硅气凝胶(气凝胶a、b、c),优选二氧化硅气凝胶的制备工艺,并对其进行红外光谱表征、粒径分析及热稳定性能测试。结果表明,3组二氧化硅气凝胶差异较小,气凝胶b的粒径分布均匀,平均粒径较小,其数值为32.34μm;3组气凝胶的质量损失都在较小范围内,气凝胶b的热稳定性较好,最大剩余质量分数为15.57%。综合考虑制备工艺、性能和原料成本,制备方案B较佳。 In order to explore the preparation technology and thermal stability of silica aerogel.Silica aerogel(aerogel a,b,c)were prepared by three different methods at normal temperature and pressure.The best preparation process of silica aerogel was explored,and its infrared spectrum characterization,particle size analysis and thermal stability were tested.The results show that there were no significant difference between the three kinds of silica aerogel.The particle size distribution of aerogel b was uniform,and the average particle size was small.The average particle size was 32.34μm.The thermal stability test results showed that the weight loss of the three groups of aerogel was in a small range,and the thermal stability of aerogel b was better,up to 15.57%.And the maximum weight loss rate was 15.57%.Considering the preparation technology,performance and raw material cost,scheme B was the better.
