摘要
随着城市化的快速推进,历史文化遗产的保护与活化利用成为城市可持续发展的重要议题。荔湾区出台《荔湾区历史文化街区保护活化利用工作机制》,让历史文化街区保护活化利用有法可依,有法可循,助力荔湾区打造更多的历史保护传承精品项目,激发“新”的文商旅活力,率先建设老城市新活力引领区,切实提升人民群众的归属感、安全感、幸福感。本文以广州市荔湾区为例,探讨了历史文化街区在现代化进程中面临的挑战和机遇。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization,the protection,revitalization and utilization of historical and cultural heritage have become important issues for urban sustainable development.Liwan District has introduced the“Liwan District Historical and Cultural Block Protection,Revitalization and Utilization Work Mechanism”,which provides a legal basis for the protection,revitalization and utilization of historical and cultural blocks,helps Liwan District to create more high-quality projects for historical protection and inheritance,stimulates the vitality of“new”cultural,business and tourism,takes the lead in building a new vitality demonstration area in the old city,and effectively enhances the sense of belonging,security and happiness of the people.This article takes Liwan District in Guangzhou City as an example to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by historical and cultural districts in the process of modernization.
