摘要
随着城市发展进入存量更新阶段,天津市的工业遗产再利用受限于空间环境并与产业发展脱节,还存在文化代表性较弱等问题。利用空间分析探究天津市工业遗产在时间、空间和类型上的分布态势,并利用地理探测器探求环境因素对工业遗产的影响。结合空间格局与环境因素,提出历史文化、空间环境和可持续发展的相关建议,旨在为天津市的工业遗产再利用提供理论依据。
With the urban development entering the stage of stock renewal,the reuse of industrial heritage in Tianjin is limited by the spatial environment and is disconnected with the industry development,and there are stll some problems such as weak cultural representation.The paper utilizes the spatial analysis to explore the distribution of industrial heritage in time,space and type in Tianjin,and utilizes the geographical detector to explore the influence of environmental factors on industrial heritage.Combined with spatial pattern and environmental factors,it puts forward the relevant suggestions on the historical culture,spatial environment and sustainable development,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the reuse of industrial heritage in Tianjin.
