摘要
目的探析为罹患慢性肾病患者实施个性化护理干预模式的临床效果。方法将2021年1月至2024年4月期间在河南省直第三人民医院接受维持性血液透析治疗的60例慢性肾病患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表分为对照组(常规护理)及观察组(个性化护理干预),各30例,评价组间自我管理能力、情绪状态、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果护理后,观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁心态评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者精神健康、总体健康、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肾病患者实施个性化护理干预模式能够提高其自我管理能力,改善心理情绪和睡眠质量,降低疾病对患者正常生活影响,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of implementing a personalized nursing intervention model for patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods A total of 60 chronic kidney disease patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis treatment at The Third People's Hospital of Henan Province from January 2021 to April 2024 were selected for the study.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(conventional nursing)and the observation group(personalized nursing intervention),with 30 patients in each group.Self-management abilities,emotional states,sleep quality,and quality of life were evaluated between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the self-management ability scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores in the observation group were also significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores for mental health,overall health,physical function,emotional function,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing a personalized nursing intervention model for patients with chronic kidney disease can enhance their self-management abilities,improve psychological emotions and sleep quality,and reduce the disease's impact on their normal lives,making it worthy of clinical application.
