摘要
在梳理影视剧档案版权特征的基础上,分析了影视剧档案知识产权管理面临的主要问题。为了有效解决上述问题,要正确认识版权保护和知识产权管理的内在关联,从理念更新、制度完善、流程再造、模式创新等方面入手,构建协同保护、协同管理、协同发展的良性机制。同时强调,应在党委的领导下,通过政府监管、行业自律、企业守法、社会参与,形成版权保护与知识产权管理的多元共治格局,为影视剧产业高质量发展提供坚实的基础性制度保障。
On the basis of sorting out the characteristics of film and television drama archives copyright,this paper analyzes the main problems faced by the management of film and television drama archives intellectual property rights.The article points out that we should correctly understand the internal relationship between copyright protection and intellectual property management,and build a benign mechanism of collaborative protection,collaborative management and collaborative development from the aspects of concept renewal,system improvement,process reengineering and model innovation.At the same time,it is emphasized that under the leadership of the Party Committee,a multi-governance pattern of copyright protection and intellectual property management should be formed through government supervision,industry self-discipline,enterprise law-abiding,and social participation,so as to provide a solid basic institutional guarantee for the high-quality development of the film and television drama industry.
