摘要思政课是高校落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程,办好思政课的关键在于思政课教师,研究新时代高校思政课教师队伍建设具有重要的理论价值与现实意义。高校思政课教师队伍建设具有弘扬中华优秀传统文化“师道”、守正创新推动思政课建设内涵式发展、切实发挥思政课教师关键性作用的三重价值。当前思政课教师面临着理论知识激增、学生需求多元、创新能力羸弱的个体挑战和队伍结构有待优化、职业发展有待细化、队伍治理需要深化的群体挑战。打造高素质思政课教师队伍要以明确教师个体发展目标、攻破队伍难点堵点、形成“大思政”建设合力为提升策略,建设教育强国。 Ideological and political theory courses are a key course for universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating moral character and shaping talents.The key to running ideological and political theory courses well lies in the teachers.Research on the construction of the ideological and political theory teacher team in universities has important theoretical value and practical significance.The construction of the ideological and political theory teaching team in universities has triple value:inheriting the Chinese excellent traditional culture of"teacher morality",promoting the high-quality development of ideological and political theory courses and effectively playing the key role of ideological and political theory teachers.Ideological and political theory courses teachers are currently facing individual challenges such as the growth of theoretical knowledge,diverse student needs,and weak innovation capabilities.Additionally,there are collective challenges including the need for optimization in team structure,refine career development,and deepen team governance.To build a high-quality team of ideological and political theory teachers,it is necessary to clarify individual development goals for teachers,overcome team difficulties,and form a joint force for the construction of"Great Ideological and Political Education"to build a strong educational country.
