摘要
目的:探讨自我忽视在老年缺血性脑卒中病人社会网络与认知功能间的中介效应。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月某市2所医院神经内科住院的336例老年缺血性脑卒中病人为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、蒙特利尔认知评估量表、Lubben社交网络量表及老年自我忽视量表对其进行调查。结果:老年缺血性脑卒中病人认知功能总分为(17.57±3.92)分,社交网络总分为(16.94±5.44)分,自我忽视总分为(10.54±4.33)分,且相互间两两相关;自我忽视在社会网络与认知功能之间起部分中介作用,社会网络与认知功能的总效应值为0.179,直接效应值为0.060,间接效应值为0.119,中介效应占比为66.48%。结论:老年缺血性脑卒中病人认知功能处于较低水平,自我忽视在社会网络与认知功能间起部分中介效应,提示医护人员应鼓励病人积极参与社会活动,降低自我忽视水平,最终改善认知功能。
Objective:To explore the mediating effect of self-neglect between social network and cognitive function in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 336 elderly patients with ischemic stroke hospitalized in the Department of Neurology in two hospitals in a city from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were investigated by using the general information questionnaire,Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA),Lubben Social Network Scale(LSNS-6),and the Scale of the Elderly Self-Neglect(SES).Results:The total score of cognitive function,social network and self-neglect were(16.94±5.44),and the results were correlated with each other.Self-neglect plays a partial mediating role between social network and cognitive function.The total effect value of social network and cognitive function is 0.179,the direct effect value is 0.060,the indirect effect value is 0.119,and the effect proportion is 66.48%.Conclusions:The cognitive function of elderly patients with ischemic stroke is relatively low,and self-neglect has a partial mediating effect between social network and cognitive function,suggesting that medical staff should encourage patients to actively participate in social activities,reduce the level of self-neglect,and ultimately improve cognitive function.
