摘要
炼油企业在生产及储存环节由于装置管线泄漏等问题,造成土壤和地下水污染,污染物会随着地下水逐步迁移扩散,对周边生态环境和人体健康造成风险。为解决目前石油炼制行业监测指标较多、缺乏针对性和特征性等问题,建立了特征污染物筛选方法,并综合考虑法规政策、装置原辅材料、产品、污染物毒性特征等因素,首次实现20多个场地土壤和地下水的长期监测数据收集,最终形成典型炼油行业特征污染物清单。共筛选出土壤特征污染物26种,地下水特征污染物21种。研究结果可为石油炼制行业土壤和地下水污染调查和风险管控提供技术支持,也可为其他行业特征污染物的识别提供参考。
Due to pipeline leakage and other problems in the production and storage of oil refining enterprises,soil and groundwater pollution will be caused,and the pollutants will gradually migrate and spread with the groundwater,causing risks to the surrounding ecological environment and human health.In order to solve the problems such as too many monitoring indicators and lack of specificity and characteristics in the petroleum refining industry,a screening method for characteristic pollutants was established,and the long-term monitoring data collection of soil and groundwater in more than 20 sites was realized for the first time,and the list of characteristic pollutants in the typical oil refining industry was finally formed.A total of 26 kinds of soil characteristic pollutants and 21 kinds of groundwater characteristic pollutants were screened.The research results can provide technical support for soil and groundwater pollution investigation and risk control in petroleum refining industry,and can also provide reference for the identification of characteristic pollutants in other industries.
