摘要
本文建立了气相色谱-质谱(Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry,GC-MS)分析法测定滑子蘑中20种农药残留的方法。经Sep-Pak Carbon NH_(2)固相萃取柱净化样品,采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)选择离子模式检测,依据保留时间和特征离子丰度比,对农药进行定性,外标法定量。滑子蘑中残留的20种农药在0.01~0.50μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.995,定量限在0.01~0.05 mg/kg之间;添加浓度范围为0.01~0.5 mg/kg时,回收率在70.5%~108%之间,相对标准偏差为3.95%~12.6%。结果表明,该方法能够稳定、快速、准确地同时检测滑子蘑中20种农药残留,精密度和准确度均满足国家标准对农药残留限量的要求和规定。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was developed for the determination of 20 kinds of pesticide residues in Pholiota microspora.The samples were purified by Sep-Pak Carbon NH_(2) solid-phase extraction column,and the pesticides were identified and quantified by gas chromatogram-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and external standard method in selected ion monitoring mode based on retention time and characteristic ion abundance ratios.The 20 pesticides in Pholiota microspora showed good linearity in the range of 0.01-0.50μg/m L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.995,and the limits of quantification were between 0.01-0.05 mg/kg.When the spiking concentration range was 0.01-0.5 mg/kg,the recovery rates were between 70.5%-108%,and the relative standard deviations were between 3.95%-12.6%.The results showed that the method was capable of stably,rapidly,and accurately detecting 20 pesticide residues in Pholiota microspora simultaneously,with precision and accuracy meeting the national standards for pesticide residue limits and regulations.
