3D打印技术在肝脏肿瘤切除术中的运用效果观察

摘要 目的:在肝脏肿瘤患者的诊治中,针对3D打印技术在肿瘤切除术中的应用价值展开探讨。方法:回顾分析2021年7月~2023年12月收治的肝脏肿瘤患者80例患者资料,结合手术方案的不同分为两组,对照组(n=40)行肝切除术,观察组(n=40)于3D打印指引下行肝切除术,评定两组患者的术中手术时间、出血量和术后住院时间、肝衰竭、胆漏等指标。结果:(1)与对照组相比,观察组手术时间、术后下床时间、术后住院时间、肝门阻断时间更短,术中出血量、切除肝体积更小,总胆红素、谷丙转氨酶峰值更低(P<0.05)。(2)观察组并发症发生率比对照组略低,但无统计学差异(7.50%,17.50%,P>0.05)。结论:在肝脏肿瘤患者行肝切除术治疗期间使用3D打印技术,可精准切除病灶,减少术中出血量;同时也能降低并发症发生率,促进术后康复。 Objective:To explore the application value of 3D printing technology in tumor resection surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of liver tumor patients.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 80 patients with liver tumors,sourced from January 2021 to December 2023.Grouping based on different surgical plans:the control group(n=40)underwent open liver resection,while the observation group(n=40)underwent open liver resection under 3D printing guidance.The intraoperative surgery time,bleeding volume,postoperative hospital stay,liver failure,bile leakage,and other indicators of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results:①Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter surgical time,postoperative time to get out of bed,postoperative hospital stay,and hepatic portal block time.The intraoperative bleeding volume and excised liver volume were smaller,and the peak values of total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase were lower(P<0.05).②The incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(7.50%,17.50%,P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of 3D printing technology during hepatectomy in patients with liver tumors can accurately remove lesions and reduce intraoperative bleeding;At the same time,it can also reduce the incidence of complications and promote postoperative recovery.
