摘要
目前,电解铝行业烟气采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫或氢氧化钙半干法脱硫技术,存在二氧化硫排放指标不稳定、运行电耗高、脱硫剂消耗大、检维修工作量大等问题。本文采用超细液滴脱硫技术进行电解烟气脱硫应用实验,达到超低排放指标要求,脱硫设备阻力580~650 Pa。
At present,the flue gas in the electrolytic aluminum industry adopts limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization or calcium hydroxide semi-dry desulfurization technology,which has problems such as unstable sulfur dioxide emission indicators,high operating power consumption,high consumption of desulfurizers and heavy maintenance workload.This paper uses ultra-fine droplet desulfurization technology for electrolytic aluminum flue gas desulfurization application experiments,thus satisfying the ultra-low emission requirements.The desulfurization equipment has a resistance of 580~650 Pa.
