摘要
在当前互联网科技快速发展的时代背景下,我国企业需要紧跟时代发展的步伐,不断创新管理模式和管理理念,积极推进企业的数字化转型。在企业发展过程中,业财融合可以使企业财务管理与业务管理相互联系、相互促进。基于此,文章主要从企业数字化转型背景下业财融合的现状中分析出其存在的问题,并针对具体问题提出解决措施,旨在为更好地开展业财融合工作提供借鉴和参考,帮助企业更好地发挥数字化转型的优势和作用,实现可持续发展。
Under the background of the rapid development of Internet technology,Chinese enterprises need to keep pace with the de⁃velopment of the times,constantly innovate management models and management concepts,and actively promote the digital transformation of enterprises.In the process of enterprise development,the integration of business and finance can connect and promote financial manage⁃ment and business management.Based on this,this article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the integration of business and finance under the background of enterprise digital transformation,and propose solutions to specific problems,aiming to provide reference and guid⁃ance for better carrying out business finance integration work,help enterprises better leverage the advantages and role of digital transforma⁃tion,and achieve sustainable development.
