摘要
石斛防治眼部疾病历史悠久,且疗效显著。近年来石斛方剂及石斛活性成分在防治眼部疾病方面的研究也与日俱增。总结石斛方剂和生物碱、多糖、石斛酚、毛兰素等石斛活性成分对白内障、视网膜疾病、干眼症等常见眼科疾病的改善作用,并分析了石斛活性成分防治眼部疾病的作用机制,探讨了石斛活性成分有望开发为临床防治眼科疾病药物。
Dendrobium species have a long history of treatment of eye diseases,and have remarkable curative ef-fects.In recent years,the research of Dendrobium prescriptions and its active ingredients on the prevention and treatment of eye diseases has been increasing day by day.This review focuses on the improvement effect of its prescriptions and ac-tive components,such as alkaloids,polysaccharides,Dendrobium phenols and mulanins on common eye diseases such as cataract,retinal diseases,dry eye diseases,and analyzes the mechanism of action of Dendrobium active ingredients in the prevention and treatment of eye diseases.Moreover,this review discusses the prospect of Dendrobium active ingredients in clinical prevention and treatment of eye diseases.
