摘要
诺丽果汁是一种发源于热带地区并在全球推广的健康饮料。研究证实,诺丽果具有一定的保健作用,通过回顾性研究发现,诺丽果汁可减少吸烟引起的DNA损伤、降低血脂和同型半胱氨酸水平并减轻全身炎症反应。临床研究还表明,诺丽果汁可以改善关节健康、增强身体耐力、增加免疫活性、抑制蛋白质糖化、有助于控制体质量、保护女性骨骼健康、维持正常血压并改善牙龈健康。此外,诺丽果汁还具有较强的抗氧化活性,可与免疫系统和炎症反应相互作用,是诺丽果汁发挥保健作用的关键所在。然而,回顾性研究也有局限性,诺丽果汁产地单一,均为波利尼西亚大溪地区域,地理因素和加工方法的不同会导致诺丽果汁的化学成分和营养成分存在差异。因此,其他来源的诺丽果汁是否具有相同的毒理学和药理学特征还有待进一步研究。
Noli juice is a healthy beverage that originated in tropical regions and is promoted globally.Research has confirmed that Noli fruit has certain health benefits.Through retrospective studies,it has been found that Noli fruit juice can reduce DNA damage caused by smoking,lower blood lipids and homocysteine levels,and alleviate systemic inflammatory reactions.Clinical studies have also shown that Noli juice can improve joint health,enhance physical endurance,increase immune activity,inhibit protein glycation,help control body mass,protect women's bone health,maintain normal blood pressure,and improve gum health.In addition,Noli juice has strong antioxidant activity and can interact with the immune system and inflammatory response,which is the key to the health benefits of Noli juice.However,retrospective studies also have limitations.The origin of Noli juice is single,all located in Tahiti,Polynesia.Differences in geographical factors and processing methods can lead to differences in the chemical and nutritional composition of Noli juice.Therefore,further research is needed to determine whether other sources of Noli juice have the same toxicological and pharmacological characteristics.
