摘要
胃食管反流病是消化系统常见疾病之一,病情缠绵,容易复发。基于宁夏地区胃食管反流病的病证特点,申艳慧主任医师认为本病病位在食管,与肝、胃密切相关,肝胃郁热为关键病机,以疏肝清热、健脾和胃为主要治法,运用自拟柴芩降逆方治疗宁夏地区肝胃郁热型胃食管反流病患者疗效确切,结合病案,就临证经验进行总结,以期为临床提供参考。
Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the common digestive system diseases,with a lingering condition and easy recurrence.Based on the characteristics of gastroesophageal reflux disease in Ningxia region,Director Shen Yanhui believes that this disease is located in the esophagus and closely related to the liver and stomach.Liver and stomach heat stagnation is the key pathogenesis.Using the method of soothing the liver and clearing heat,strengthening the spleen and stomach,the self-designed Chaiqin Jiangni formula is effective in treating patients with liver and stomach heat stagnation type gastroesophageal reflux disease in Ningxia region.Combining with cases,this article summarizes its clinical experience to provide reference for clinical practice.
