Innovative Research on Practical Education of Higher Vocational E-commerce Majors Based on Vocational Skills Competition

摘要随着大数据、互联网及人工智能技术的发展,电子商务行业新模式和新业态不断涌现,这对高职院校电子商务专业实践育人提出更高要求。职业技能竞赛作为行业发展的“指南针”、人才需求的“试金石”,成为连接行业人才需求与院校人才供给的桥梁。基于电子商务专业技能竞赛赛项及历时演变的内容分析,洞见行业人才需求的风向,分析当前高职电子商务专业实践育人的现状,提出高职电子商务专业的实践育人体系创新路径。研究发现,职业技能竞赛对电子商务专业的实践育人创新具有指导意义,竞赛规程的前瞻性在很大程度上可以弥补高职院校的人才培养、课程体系、师资力量及实训条件的滞后性,通过以赛促建、以赛促学、以赛促教、以赛促创,从而为高职院校电商专业高质量人才培养赋能。 With the development of big data,Internet and artificial intelligence technology,new models and formats of e-commerce industry continue to emerge,which puts forward higher requirements for e-commerce professional practice education in higher vocational colleges.Vocational skills competitions,as the“compass”for industry development and the“touchstone”for talent demand,have become a bridge connecting industry talent demand and university talent supply.Based on the analysis of the content of the e-commerce professional skills competition and its historical evolution,this paper provides insights into the trend of talent demand in the industry,analyzes the current situation of practical education in vocational e-commerce majors,and proposes innovative paths for the practical education system of vocational e-commerce majors.Research has found that vocational skills competitions have guiding significance for the practical education and innovation of e-commerce majors.The forward-looking nature of competition regulations largely compensates for the lag in talent cultivation,curriculum system,faculty strength,and practical training conditions in vocational colleges.By promoting construction through competitions,learning through competitions,teaching through competitions,and innovation through competitions,high-quality talent cultivation in e-commerce majors in vocational colleges is empowered.
