磨矿分级专家运行控制系统试验研究

摘要 马城选矿系统以无人选厂为建设目标,与东北大学合作开发选矿专家系统,使选矿流程达到最优化生产目标。针对新建选矿厂不具备专家系统数据采集需求、开发经验不足等问题,依托首钢水厂铁矿开展选矿专家系统工业试验,验证了专家运行控制系统在单一磁铁矿选矿工艺中应用的可行性,摸索出专家系统与马城铁矿在用系统的对接经验,缩短了系统开发时间。 The Macheng beneficiation plant aims to build an unmanned beneficiation plant.A beneficiation expert system is developed through collaboration with Northeastern University to achieve the optimal production goals in the beneficiation process.To solve the problems such as the new beneficiation plant does not meet the data collection demand of the expert system and lacks development experience,industrial tests of the beneficiation expert system are carried out based on the Shougang Shuichang Iron Mine.The feasibility of applying the expert operation control system in a mono-magnetite beneficiation process is verified,and the integration experience between the expert system and the existing system of Macheng Iron Mine is explored,which shortens the development time of the system.
