摘要
目的评价维生素A在反复呼吸道感染患儿治疗中的应用效果。方法非随机选取2022年1月—2024年1月邵阳市中心医院儿科收治的78例反复呼吸道感染患儿作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为两组,各39例。参照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,实践组在参照组基础上增加维生素A治疗。对比两组免疫球蛋白含量、症状好转时间、治疗效果、不良反应。结果实践组的免疫球蛋白含量、症状好转时间、治疗效果均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实践组的不良反应总发生率为15.38%(6/39),高于参照组的12.82%(5/39),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.105,P>0.05)。结论将维生素A用于反复呼吸道感染患儿治疗中,可提升患儿的免疫球蛋白含量,缩短感染持续时间,提高治疗疗效。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of vitamin A in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods A total of seventy-eight children with recurrent respiratory tract infection admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Shaoyang Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were non-randomly selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,thirty-nine cases in each group.The reference group was treated with azithromycin,and the practice group was treated with vitamin A on the basis of the reference group.The immunoglobulin content,symptom improvement time,treatment effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The immunoglobulin content,symptom improvement time and treatment effect of the practice group were better than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the practice group was 15.38%(6/39),which was higher than 12.82%(5/39)in the reference group,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=0.105,P>0.05).Conclusion The application of vitamin A in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection can improve the immunoglobulin content of children,shorten the duration of infection and improve the therapeutic effect.
