摘要
结合邯钢O5板生产实际,系统分析了O5板结晶器液面波动的影响因素。通过采取优化连铸保护浇注、合理调整中间包吹氩、规范浸入式水口更换制度、加强设备精度管理等措施,中间包全氧含量平均控制在0.0021%以内,O5板结晶器液面波动不小于±5 mm的比例由原来的10.23%降低到4.2%,带钢夹杂缺陷率由原来的2.13%降低到0.58%,为炼钢稳态生产O5板提供了重要保证。
Based on the production practice of O5 grade automobile plate in Handan Steel,the influencing factors of the level fluctuation in continue casting mold for O5 grade automobile plate are analyzed systematically.By optimizing continu-ous casting protection pouring,adjusting argon blowing in the tundish reasonably,standardizing the replacement institution of immersion nozzles and strengthening equipment accuracy management,the average total oxygen in the tundish is controlled within 0.0021%,the proportion of mould level fluctuation in continue casting mold within±5 mm decreased from 10.23%to 4.2%,and the inclusion defect rate in strip steel decreased from 2.13%to 0.58%,which provided an important guarantee for steady state production of O5 grade automobile plate.
