利用变分模态分解对石油炼化压力管道泄漏检测方法改进 被引量:1

摘要 本文针对现有检测方法在对石油炼化压力管道泄漏检测时,存在检测定位泄漏位置与实际相差较大的问题,引入改进变分模态分解,开展石油炼化压力管道泄漏检测方法研究。对石油炼化压力管道单端泄漏位置进行定位,结合改进变分模态分解,对检测信号进行增强处理,最后实现信号能量瞬时变化追踪与泄漏检测。通过对比实验证明,新的检测方法可以实现对石油炼化压力管道泄漏的精准定位,且稳定性高。 This paper introduces improved variational mode decomposition to study the leakage detection method of petroleum refining pressure pipeline,aiming at the problem that the leakage location of petroleum refining pressure pipeline is quite different from the actual one.The single end leakage position of petroleum refining and chemical pressure pipeline is located,and the detection signal is enhanced with improved variational mode decomposition,and the instantaneous change of signal energy tracking and leakage detection are realized.The comparative experiment proves that the new detection method can realize the accurate location of the oil refining and chemical pressure pipeline leakage and stability.
