摘要
目的分析基于心理干预的延续护理追踪对2型糖尿病眼底病变患者血糖控制、负性情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年12月山东省寿光市人民医院收治的86例2型糖尿病眼底病变患者为研究对象,根据不同护理方法分为参照组(n=43,常规护理)、研究组(n=43,基于心理干预的延续护理追踪),对比两组遵医依从率、护理满意度、生活质量评分、焦虑、抑郁评分。结果研究组患者的遵医依从率、护理满意度、生活质量评分均高于参照组,焦虑、抑郁评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论基于心理干预的延续护理追踪应用于2型糖尿病眼底病变患者中的效果突出,对于患者控制血糖、缓解负性情绪、提高生活质量均有积极意义。
Objective To analyze the effects of extended care follow-up based on psychological intervention on blood glucose control,negative emotion and quality of life in patients with type 2 diabetic fundus disease.Methods A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetic retinopathy admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into reference group(n=43,routine nursing)and study group(n=43,follow-up extended care based on psychological intervention).The compliance rate,nursing satisfaction,life treatment score,anxiety and depression score of the two groups were compared.Results The compliance rate,nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Follow-up extended care based on psychological intervention is effective in patients with type 2 diabetic fundus disease,which has positive significance for patients to control blood glucose,alleviate negative emotions and improve quality of life.
