摘要
电动汽车持续超预期增长给电网带来了极大挑战,传统充电控制方法实时性、灵活性不足,难以应对大规模、差异化、强时变的充电需求。首先,分析了大规模充电控制面临的随机性、波动性、异构性问题,剖析了传统充电调控方法的局限性,提出了电动汽车充电网络的软件定义理论;其次,构建了由物理平面、控制平面和应用平面组成的软件定义架构,明确了电动汽车充电网络集中统一控制的关键要素;然后,从充电网络的多维表征方法、实时聚合方法以及动态调控方法3个方面阐述了电动汽车充电网络关键技术;最后,探讨了电动汽车充电网络的软件定义理论在多层次、多场景应用中的适应性与灵活性。
The rapid growth in electric vehicle charging demand has posed significant challenges to the power grid.Traditional charging control methods lack the real-time responsiveness and flexibility needed to handle large-scale,diverse,and highly dynamic charging scenarios.Firstly,this paper analyzes the issues of randomness,volatility,and heterogeneity faced by large-scale charging control,highlighting the limitations of conventional methods,and proposes a software-defined theory for electric vehicle charging networks.Secondly,a software-defined architecture is constructed,consisting of a physical plane,control plane,and application plane,clearly defining the key elements for centralized and unified control of the charging network.Furthermore,the paper discusses key technologies of electric vehicle charging networks,focusing on multi-dimensional representation methods,real-time aggregation methods,and dynamic control methods.Finally,it explores the adaptability and flexibility of the software-defined theory for electric vehicle charging networks in multi-level and multi-scenario applications.
