摘要
预算一体化管理系统的上线运行,是行政事业单位的财务信息化建设重要环节,有效提高了资源配置效率,并加强了预算执行监控。随着预算一体化的全面推行,行政事业单位对财务信息化系统的应用提出了新的要求。财务信息化通过信息化管理系统将财务决策过程和管理操作由人工转变为信息技术驱动,能够有效提高数据的准确性和一致性,使全面预算管理质量得以提升。文章通过研究预算一体化系统的具体运用及存在的问题,结合实际情况提出了实施财务信息化建设的探索和建议,旨在完善财务信息化系统建设,提升财务管理的规范化。
The implementation of budget integration management systems marks a significant step in the financial information system construction of administrative institutions,effectively improving resource allocation efficiency and strengthening budget execution monitoring.With the comprehensive promotion of budget integration,new demands have been placed on the application of financial information systems in administrative institutions.Financial informatization,by transitioning the financial decision-making process and managerial operations from manual to information technology-driven methods,can effectively enhance the accuracy and consistency of data,thereby improving the quality of comprehensive budget management.This paper investigates the practical application and existing issues of budget integration systems,and based on actual conditions,proposes exploratory measures and suggestions for the construction of financial information systems.The aim is to refine the construction of financial information systems to enhance the standardization of financial management.
