摘要
采用共沉淀浸渍法制备了以ZSM-5分子筛为载体的ZnO-CuO/ZSM-5催化剂,利用XRF、XRD、XPS、BET、SEM、TEM、NH_(3)-TPD、CO_(2)-TPD对催化剂进行表征。探究了ZnO-CuO/ZSM-5在无溶剂、无助剂条件下对环氧丙烷与二氧化碳环加成反应的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为130℃、二氧化碳压力为3 MPa、反应时间为10 h、催化剂质量为环氧丙烷质量的4%时,催化活性达到最高,即环氧丙烷的转化率为81.64%,碳酸丙烯酯的选择性为90.11%;催化剂循环使用5次后仍具有良好的催化性能。
ZnO-CuO/ZSM-5 catalyst is prepared via coprecipitation impregnation method with ZSM-5 molecular sieve as the carrier,and characterized by means of XRF,XRD,XPS,BET,SEM,TEM,NH_(3)-TPD and CO_(2)-TPD.The influences of ZnO-CuO/ZSM-5 catalyst on the cycloaddition reaction between propylene oxide and carbon dioxide are investigated without the existence of solvent and promoter.It is indicated that the catalytic activity reaches the highest with a propylene oxide conversion of 81.64%,and a propylene carbonate selectivity of 90.11%when reaction temperature is 130℃,carbon dioxide pressure is 3 MPa,reaction time is 10 h,and the dosage of catalyst is 4%of the mass of propylene oxide.The catalyst remains good catalytic performance after having been recycled for 5 times.
