摩擦对大型集装箱船碰撞影响研究

摘要 船体在海水腐蚀、海洋生物滋生等因素的影响下,表面粗糙度会发生变化。集装箱船碰撞事故会造成船体结构严重损伤。船舶碰撞过程中,船体之间的摩擦会吸收一部分动能。对碰撞过程中的摩擦耗散能的计算采用了库仑摩擦假设。以某一万箱集装箱(TEU)船舱段结构为研究对象,应用非线性有限元软件Abaqus,研究摩擦对船体结构的碰撞损伤影响规律。研究结果表明,从结构破坏角度看,摩擦力影响舷侧内板的裂纹扩展方向及破口尺寸;从能量吸收角度看,随着摩擦因数增大,碰撞过程中的摩擦耗散能占比呈现先增大后减少的变化趋势,即摩擦因数增大到某个值后,再增大摩擦因数,摩擦耗散能占比反而减小。 Under the influence of factors such as seawater corrosion and the growth of marine organisms,the surface roughness of the hull will change.During the collision process,friction between the hulls will absorb some of the kinetic energy.In this paper,the Coulomb friction hypothesis is used to calculate the frictional energy dissipation during the collision.Taking the cabin section structure of a 10000 twenty-feet equivalentunit(TEU)container ship as the research object,the nonlinear finite element software Abaqus is applied to study the collision damage mechanisms of different friction factors on the hull structure.The research results indicate that,from the perspective of structure failure,the friction affects the crack propagation direction and fracture size of the inner side plate.From the perspective of energy absorption,with the increase of friction coefficient,the proportion of frictional energy dissipation in the collision process presents a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,that is,after the friction factor increases to a certain value,the proportion of frictional energy dissipation decreases.
