摘要
汽车在低能见度、连续长下坡、急转弯等复杂环境下紧急制动容易失灵,从而引起交通事故。针对这个问题,提出一种适用于家用轿车的盘式制动器设计,运用SolidWorks三维软件将适用于家用小汽车的盘式制动器建模,并将制动器模型导入有限元软件ANSYS中,进而通过分析制动盘和摩擦衬块等部件在正常工况下的力学性能,以及在极端工况下的应力场和温度场分析,提出结构优化设计方案,为盘式制动器的结构设计提供一定的理论依据。
Vehicles are prone to emergency braking failures in complex environments such as low visibility,continuous long downhills,and sharp turns,resulting in traffic accidents.To address this issue,a design of disc brakes for private vehicles was proposed.Firstly,SolidWorks,a threedimensional software,was utilized to develop the disc brake model for private vehicles.Next,the brake model was imported into the finite element software ANSYS for further analysis.Then by analyzing the mechanical properties of components such as brake discs and friction pads under normal operating conditions,as well as the stress and temperature fields under extreme operating conditions,a structural scheme for optimization design was proposed.This study provides a theoretical basis for the structural design of disk brakes.
