摘要
目的:分析手术室改良体位管理对于长时间侧卧位手术患者压疮风险与术后睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至2024年4月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院收治的长时间侧卧位手术患者60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受手术室改良体位护理。对2组压疮情况、舒适度表现以及睡眠质量进行比较。结果:观察组手术后不同时间节点的压疮发生率均低于对照组,且术后自主呼吸恢复时间与麻醉苏醒时间更短,简明舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分与理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在手术室改良体位管理下,长时间侧卧位手术患者的压疮风险得到有效控制,可提高手术舒适度,并在强化患者睡眠质量方面具有可靠表现。
Objective:To analyze the effect of modified position management in operating room on the risk of pressure ulcer and postoperative sleep quality in patients undergoing long-term lateral lying surgery.Methods:From January 2023 to April 2024,60 patients in Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were divided into two groups by random number method,of which 30 received routine care as the control group and 30 received improved care in the operating room as the observation group.Comparing patient pressure ulcers,comfort performance,and sleep quality.Results:The incidence of pressure ulcer at different time points after operation in observation group was lower than that in control group,the recovery time of spontaneous breathing and anesthesia was shorter,and the scores of GCQ and Richards-Campbell Sleep Scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the modified position management in operating room,the risk of pressure ulcer can be effectively controlled,which can improve the comfort of operation and has a reliable performance in strengthening the sleep quality of patients.
