摘要
由于新冠疫情大流行,中国的粮食供应链受到了影响,粮食供应链中的主要风险也发生了诸多变化。随着全球疫情的蔓延,且不能在短期内消散,减少疫情带来的影响尤为重要,因此迫切需要评估粮食供应链中的风险。然而,关于粮食供应链风险的研究很少,也没有针对粮食供应链的通用风险评估体系。文章在参考了农业供应链的风险评价指标基础上,考虑了粮食供应链特点,建立粮食供应链的风险评价指标体系,对于为疫情扰动下的粮食供应链提供优化建设和管理实践具有重要意义。
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic,China's food supply chain has been affected,and the major risks in the food supply chain have also undergone many changes.As the global epidemic spreads and cannot dissipate in the short term,it is particularly important to reduce the impact of the epidemic,so it is urgent to assess the risks in the food supply chain.However,there are few studies on food supply chain risk,and there is no universal risk assessment system for food supply chain.On the basis of referring to the risk evaluation index of agricultural supply chain,this paper considers the characteristics of food supply chain,and establishes the risk evaluation index system of food supply chain,which is of great significance for providing the optimization construction and management practice of food supply chain under the epidemic disturbance.
