摘要
目的探讨睡眠-心理-行为护理在老年女性心绞痛合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年2月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的92例老年女性心绞痛合并睡眠障碍患者,实施随机抽签法分为A、B两组,各46例。A组给予常规护理,B组在A组基础上给予睡眠-心理-行为护理干预。比较不同方法护理后患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、护理满意度和生活质量评分。结果护理后,B组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于A组(P<0.05);B组PSQI评分低于A组(P<0.05);B组护理总满意率为93.48%,高于A组的76.09%(P<0.05);B组生活质量评分高于A组(P<0.05)。结论睡眠-心理-行为护理在老年女性心绞痛合并睡眠障碍患者中的应用效果较好,能调节患者不良情绪,改善睡眠质量,提高护理满意度和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the application effect of sleep-psychological-behavioral care in elderly female patients with angina pectoris and sleep disorder.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with angina pectoris and sleep disorder admitted to People's Hospital of Lingcheng District,Dezhou City from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by implementing the random draw method,46 patients in each group.Group A was given conventional care,and group B was given sleep-psychological-behavioral care based on group A.The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life score of the two groups were compared.Results After care,SAS score and SDS score of group B were lower than those of group A(P<0.05).The PSQI score of group B was lower than that of group A(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of care in group B was 93.48%,which was higher than 76.09%in group A(P<0.05).The quality of life score in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with angina pectoris and sleep disorder,the sleep-psychological-behavioral care has good effect,which can regulate the patients'bad emotions,improve the sleep quality,and improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life.
