摘要
目的探讨心理护理联合药物治疗缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛的临床效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至2023年6月收治的混合痔手术患者64例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32例。两组患者均予常规药物(萘丁美酮或洛索洛芬钠)治疗及常规护理,观察组联合术后心理干预。结果观察组患者术后5 d焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均显著低于对照组,术后24 h、术后5 d视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均显著低于对照组,满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论混合痔手术患者予以心理护理联合药物治疗,有利于减轻术后疼痛及负面情绪,提高满意度。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological nursing combined with medication in relieving postoperative pain in patients underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery in the hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional drugs(nabumetone or losoprofen sodium)and routine care,while the observation group received postoperative psychological intervention in combination.Results The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores at 5 d after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores at 24 h and 5 d after surgery in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with medication treatment is beneficial for patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery,which can reduce postoperative pain and negative emotions,and improve satisfaction.
