基于PSY的大白猪母系指数构建与应用

摘要 为了提高国内年断奶仔猪数(PSY)的平均水平,试验采用河北省3个大白猪原种猪场的生产数据(繁殖性状记录3683条、生长性状记录1097条)构建基于PSY的母系指数(以下简称母系指数P),模拟对比基于总产仔数(TNB)的母系指数(以下简称母系指数T)选种结果,分析了基于PSY的母系指数实际应用条件。结果表明:母系指数P与母系指数T模拟选种结果的繁殖性状均值对比关系为总产仔数15.55头<16.63头,产活仔数13.76头<14.69头,断奶仔猪数11.71头>10.99头,断配间隔4.39 d<5.28 d,妊娠期114.07 d>114.03 d,胎间距144.16 d<145.47 d,PSY 29.12头>27.24头;母系指数P与母系指数T大于120的群体繁殖性状均值对比关系为总产仔数15.14头>14.91头,产活仔数13.35头>13.04头,断奶仔猪数12.67头>11.20头,死产率11.82%<12.54%,哺乳期死亡率5.09%<14.11%。说明基于年断奶仔猪数的母系指数P整体优于基于总产仔数的母系指数T,其模拟选种可以选择出繁殖性状表现性更好、仔猪哺乳期死亡率低、死胎和弱仔更少、断奶仔猪数更多的个体。 In order to increase the average level of the number of weaned piglets(PSY)in China,the production data of 3 Large white pig original breeding farms in Hebei Province(3683 reproductive trait records and 1097 growth trait records)were used to construct the maternal line index(P)based on PSY in this experiment,and the selection results of maternal line index(T)based on total number born(TNB)were simulated and compared.At the same time,the practical application conditions of P were analyzed.The results showed that the comparative relationship of the average reproductive traits of the simulated selection results by P and T was as follows:TNB(15.55<16.63),alive litter size(13.76<14.69),number of weaned piglets(11.71>10.99),weaning-to-hybridization interval(4.39<5.28),gestation length(114.07>114.03),farrowing interal(144.16<145.47),and PSY(29.12>27.24).The comparative relationship of the average reproductive traits of population with P and T greater than 120 was as follows:TNB(15.14>14.91),alive litter size(13.35>13.04),number of weaned piglets(12.67>11.20),stillbirth rate of piglets(11.82<12.54),and piglet mortality rate during lactation(5.09%<14.11%).The results indicated that P based on the number of weaned piglets per year was better than T based on the TNB,and the simulated selection results could select individuals with better reproductive traits,lower lactation mortality,fewer stillbirths and weak piglets,and more weaned piglets.
