摘要
基于长卷式写实性绘画《西湖清趣图》,从土地利用的角度切入,将画卷分为5段,对南宋西湖沿岸景物进行识别并分析其土地利用状况以及公共游赏地的建设情况,从而反映南宋西湖如何从土地供给和公共游赏设施建设角度支持公共游赏。研究表明,南宋西湖沿岸公共游赏用地(43%)最多,其次是宅园用地(28.1%)、寺观用地(10.3%)、商业用地(8.8%)、衙署用地(6.5%)和水利设施用地(3.3%);建筑以两层为主,屋顶多为歇山顶和硬山顶,组成独栋、合院式、多进院落等建筑空间形态;北岸清丽、雅致,西岸简远、幽静,南岸华丽、典雅,东岸繁盛、别致;公共游赏设施完备,游人游赏形式多样,大多数宅园会定期开放,作为公共游赏地的补充,寺观园林更是承载着公共游赏功能,这都促进了南宋西湖成为一个具有公共性质的“大园林”。
Based on the long-volume realistic painting Scenic Attractions of West Lake,the painting is divided into five sections from the perspective of land use.It identifies and analyzes the land use conditions of the scenery along the West Lake in the Southern Song Dynasty,as well as the construction of public recreational areas.This reflects how the West Lake in the Southern Song Dynasty was supported by land supply and the construction of public recreational facilities to promote public recreation.Research shows that public recreational land along the West Lake in the Southern Song Dynasty accounts for the highest percentage(43%),followed by residential garden land(28.1%),temple land(10.3%),commercial land(8.8%),government office land(6.5%),and water facilities land(3.3%).The buildings are mainly two-story structures with gabled and hipped roofs,forming individual,courtyard-style,and multi-entry courtyard architectural spatial forms.The north bank is beautiful and elegant,the west bank is simple and quiet,the south bank is magnificent and sleek,and the east bank is prosperous and unique.The public recreational facilities are complete,with diverse visitor activities,and most residential gardens are regularly open to the public.In addition to serving as supplementary public recreational areas,temple gardens also fulfilled public recreational functions,making the West Lake in the Southern Song Dynasty a“big garden”.
