摘要
一旦油气管道高后果区发生故障,造成的后果将非常严重。针对克拉玛依-乌鲁木齐(以下简称克乌)输油管道高后果区架设视频传输网络面临的巨大挑战,提出采用5.8 GHz无线网桥作为管道高后果区电视监控的传输系统,并运用图像编码和解码、计算机图像处理、视频智能识别及分析、图像无线传输等技术,成功实现了管道全线高后果区的视频监控覆盖。重点阐述高后果区远程电视监控系统的架构、技术可行性分析及设计方案。
Once the high consequence area of oil and gas pipeline fails,the consequences will be very serious.In view of the difficulty of setting up video transmission network in the high consequence area of Karamay-Urumqi(hereinafter referred to as Kewu)pipeline,this paper proposes to use 5.8 GHz wireless bridge as the transmission system of television monitoring in the high consequence area of pipeline,and uses image coding and decoding,computer image processing,video intelligent recognition and analysis,image wireless transmission and other technologies to realize video monitoring in the high consequence area of the pipeline.This paper mainly introduces the architecture,technical feasibility analysis and design of remote television.monitoring system in high consequence area.
