考虑通信时延的孤岛微网有限时间频率二次控制研究

A study of finite-time frequency quadratic control for islanded microgrids considering communication delay

摘要 针对孤岛微网下垂控制特性导致的频率偏离额定值问题,结合多智能体一致性算法,提出一种分布式有限时间二次控制策略,在有限的时间内将每台分布式发电源(distributed generation source,DER)的频率恢复到参考值和实现有功功率按比例分配。针对孤岛微网中DER间存在的通信时延问题,通过分析时延对系统稳定性的影响机理,在二次控制策略中加入一种时延补偿项来消除通信时延的对系统的影响。采用Lyapunov稳定性理论,齐次性原理以及LaSalle’s不变集原理分析所提出的二次控制策略的稳定性和有效性。最后在MATLAB/Simulink仿真环境中建立孤岛微网系统,仿真结果验证了所提出二次控制策略有效性,显示了其工程应用价值。 Aiming at the problem of frequency deviation from the rated value brought by the droop control characteristics of islanded microgrids,a distributed finite-time quadratic control strategy is proposed based on a multiagent consensus algorithm,which can restore the frequency of each distributed generation source(DER)to the reference value and to realize the proportional distribution of the active power in a finite period of time.Aiming at the communication delay problem between DERs in islanded microgrids,the mechanism of the delay's influence on the system stability is analyzed and the delay compensation strategy is added to the quadratic control strategy to eliminate the effect of communication delay to the system.The stability and effectiveness of the proposed secondary control strategy are analyzed using Lyapunov stability theory,homogeneity principle and LaSalle's invariant set principle.Finally,an islanded microgrid system is established in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment,and the simulation results verify effectiveness of the proposed secondary control strategy,which shows its value in engineering applications.
