摘要
目的:分析全程护理在直肠癌手术患者围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年5月—2022年12月于镇江市第一人民医院进行手术治疗的直肠癌患者78例进行研究,随机分为对照(39例)和观察组(39例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施全程护理。比较两组康复时间、并发症发生情况、疼痛评分和免疫功能。结果:观察组术后康复时间和住院时间均短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6、12、24、48 h视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组免疫功能指标水平均比护理前升高,且与对照组比较,观察组免疫功能指标水平更高(P<0.05)。结论:全程护理在直肠癌手术患者围术期中的应用效果显著,能够加快患者康复,降低并发症发生率,减轻患者疼痛程度,提高其免疫功能。
Objective:To analyze application effect of full process nursing in perioperative care of rectal cancer patients undergoing surgery.Methods:A total of seventy-eight patients with rectal cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were divided into control group(39cases)and observation group(39 cases).The control group used usually nursing,and observation group used full process nursing.Comepared recovery time,complications,pain score and immune function.Results:In observation group,postoperative rehabilitation time and hospitalization time were shorter than control group.Complications incidence was lower than control group(P<0.05);In observation group,the VAS scores at 6h,12h,24h,and 48h after surgery were lower than control group(P<0.001);After nursing,the levels of immune function indexes in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the level of immune function indexes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:The application effect of full process nursing in perioperative care of rectal cancer patients undergoing surgery is significant,which can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the pain degree of patients,and improve their immune function.
