中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值与急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死相关性的研究进展

Research Progress of Correlation between Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio and Acute ST-segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction

摘要 急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)是冠心病中最严重的类型之一。在众多与之相关的指标中,中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)作为一种新兴的全身炎症反应评估指标,已显示出与STEMI患者的病情严重程度、主要不良心血管事件发生率之间的显著相关性。NLR检测简便且易获得,经济效益较高,在STEMI患者的临床管理中占有重要地位。近年来,针对NLR的研究不断增多,STEMI与NLR相关性的研究也不断深入,NLR已成为新的研究热点,这有助于进一步提高STEMI的临床诊疗效率。 Acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)is one of the most serious types of coronary heart disease.Among numerous related indicators,the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),as an emerging systemic inflammatory response assessment index,has shown a significant correlation with the severity of STEMI patients and the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events.NLR detection is simple and easy to obtain,with high economic benefits,and plays an important role in the clinical management of STEMI patients.In recent years,the research on NLR has been increasing,and studies on the correlation between STEMI and NLR have also been deepening.NLR has become a new research hotspot,which helps to further improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment efficiency of STEMI.
