摘要
在当今能源行业快速发展的背景下,水电作为重要的可再生能源之一,其高效、稳定的生产运营对于保障国家能源安全、促进生态文明建设具有不可估量的价值。中央管理的大型水电企业(简称“水电央企”)作为行业的中坚力量,承担着推动技术创新、提升能效水平、实现绿色低碳发展的重任。在此背景下,基于数据挖掘的生产计划优化策略研究显得尤为重要。数据挖掘技术作为一种从大量、不完全、有噪声、模糊的实际应用数据中提取出隐含的、人们事先未知的、潜在有用的信息和知识的过程,为水电央企提供了前所未有的洞察力和决策支持能力。本研究旨在探讨如何运用数据挖掘方法,对水电央企的生产计划进行优化。
In the context of the rapid development of today's energy industry,hydroelectric,as one of the important renewable energy sources,its efficient and stable production and operation have immeasurable value for ensuring national energy security and promoting the construction of ecological civilization.As the backbone of the industry,centrally managed large hydroelectric enterprises(referred to as"hydroelectric state-owned enterprises")bear the heavy responsibility of promoting technological innovation,improving energy efficiency,and achieving green and low-carbon development.In this context,the research on optimization strategies for production and operation plans based on data mining is particularly important.Data mining technology,as a process of extracting implicit,previously unknown,and potentially useful information and knowledge from large,incomplete,noisy,and fuzzy practical application data,provides unprecedented insights and decision support capabilities for hydroelectric state-owned enterprises.This study aims to explore how to use data mining methods to optimize the production plans of hydroelectric state-owned enterprises.
