摘要
炼油厂储油罐由于长时间运行,储罐底部积累较多油渍污泥,严重影响了产品质量。为保证储油罐产品质量,必须定期进行清理。储油罐清理时往往会造成VOCs等气体泄漏排放至大气中,储油罐底部污泥里面的油渍也很难清理,清理后直接排出等都会造成环境污染。面对当前严厉的环保态势,企业VOCs排放、油渍污泥处理有着严格的要求,必须使得储油罐内VOCs、油渍污泥满足条件方可排放。另外,油气泄漏聚集,易形成爆炸性混合物,对操作人员的安全操作和储罐的安全运行构成极大的威胁,并且需要清理储油罐底部油渍污泥,存在较大隐患风险。为此,在充分保证安全和环保的前提下,对储油罐的清罐系统及清罐方法进行了认真梳理,制定了一系列防范措施,使得VOCs油气密闭回收治理,污油污水密闭回收处理,保证了储罐的安全运行,以此助力储运罐区安稳长满优高效运行。
Because of the long-term operation of oil storage tanks in refineries,more oily sludge accumulates at the bottom of the tanks,which seriously affects the product quality.In order to ensure the quality of oil storage tank,it must be cleaned regularly.When oil storage tanks are cleaned up,VOCs and other gases often leak into the atmosphere.It is also difficult to clean up the oil stains in the sludge at the bottom of oil storage tanks.The VOCs emission and oily sludge treatment in oil storage tanks must meet the requirements of the current strict environmental protection situation.In addition,the oil and gas leakage and accumulation,easy to form explosive mixture,to the safe operation of the operators and the safe operation of the tank will pose a great threat,and need to clean the oil tank bottom oily sludge,there is a greater risk of hidden dangers.Therefore,on the premise of fully ensuring safety and environmental protection,we have carefully combed the tank cleaning system and methods of oil storage tanks,and formulated a series of preventive measures to make VOCs oil and gas closed recovery management,sealed sewage recovery treatment of sewage oil,to ensure the safe operation of storage tanks,so as to help storage tanks stable and efficient operation.
