摘要
为加强危化品库的安全管理、提高管理内涵、达到管理目的,文章从高职院校危化品库安全管理的重要性、存在的问题入手,从危化品库硬件软件设备设施建设和安全管理两个方面,对威海海洋职业学院危化品库的安全建设和6S管理实践进行了阐述说明,重点对6S管理的概念、重要意义、实施步骤、实施成效、存在的问题及改进方法等进行了探讨分析,为高职院校危化品库的安全管理提供借鉴和参考。
In order to strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemical storage,improve the management connotation and achieve the management purpose,this paper starts with the importance and existing problems of the safety management of hazardous chemical storage in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the safety construction and 6S management practice of hazardous chemical storage in Weihai Ocean Vocational College from the two aspects of hardware and software equipment construction and safety management.The concept,significance,implementation steps,implementation results,existing problems and improvement methods of 6S management are discussed and analyzed,which can provide reference for the safety management of hazardous chemical storage in higher vocational colleges.
